Revived from the Old Amber, hidden in the back room of the Pewter City Museum (you need Cut to reach it).
Generation I base stats: HP 80, Attack 105, Defense 65, Special 60, Speed 130. Generation I has a single Special stat, used for both special attack and special defense.
Evolution: Does not evolve.
