- Head west through Route 22 and north along Route 23. Guard posts check that you hold all eight badges.
- Victory Road is a boulder-puzzle cave - Strength is mandatory. Moltres waits inside at level 50.
- TM05 Mega Kick, TM17 Submission, TM43 Sky Attack and TM47 Explosion are all in here.
- Stock Full Restores and Revives before you climb the Indigo Plateau steps. There is no healing between Elite Four rounds.
