Fire-type special move - in Generation I the physical/special split is decided by the move type, not the move itself. Power 15, Accuracy 70%, PP 15. In Generation I Fire Spin locks the opponent out of moving for as long as it keeps connecting.
Secondary effect: Prevents the target from fleeing and inflicts damage for 2-5 turns.
