Revived from the Helix Fossil. In Mt. Moon you must choose between the Helix Fossil and the Dome Fossil - you only ever get one per playthrough.
Generation I base stats: HP 35, Attack 40, Defense 100, Special 90, Speed 35. Generation I has a single Special stat, used for both special attack and special defense.
