You cannot battle here: throw a Ball, throw Bait (the Pokemon eats and is less likely to flee, but harder to catch) or throw a Rock (easier to catch, but far more likely to flee). The Secret House in Area 3 holds HM03 Surf, and the Gold Teeth are hidden here.
